AIRCHECKZ is an Electronic Check Conversion solution with payment Guarantee. AIRCHECKZ converts a paper-based check to an electronic transaction at the point-of-sale. AIRCHECKZ can also be used without guarantee for conversion or verification only.

Convenience is important to everyone. Electronic Check Conversion gives the merchant just that. With AIRCHECKZ the merchant simply accepts the checks and the check conversion program does the rest! The merchant can now accept & process checks just like they accept & process credit cards.

THE PROCESS

• First start the AIRCHECKZ software on the phone.
• Choose the check type and scan the check through a check reader at the point-of-sale.
• The phone connected to the check reader will capture the data from the MICR line at the bottom of the check.
• ID information and amount of sale will then be entered completing the steps to process the check.

The MICR reader insures proper, fast capture and accurate entry of account numbers. Due to power requirements of MICR readers, the equipment must be powered using a cigarette lighter adapter or standard AC power (included with system).

Conversion is currently only available for personal checks. Business checks can not be converted, but are able to be guaranteed and/or verified.

Guaranteed or verified only checks, both personal and business, must be deposited in your bank.
